3. Metadata limitations
MEDIA KOLFAT cannot guarantee that metadata embedded in photos or videos is complete, accurate, valid, or available. Capture dates, camera details, file timestamps, and other metadata may be missing, incorrect, corrupted, or modified by devices, editing software, cloud services, file transfers, or other applications.
4. Compatibility and availability
MEDIA KOLFAT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every media format, codec, filesystem, storage device, operating-system configuration, or third-party application.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use MEDIA KOLFAT.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability, statutory warranties, remedies, or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
6. User content
MEDIA KOLFAT does not claim ownership of the user's photos, videos, or other media. User content remains the property of its respective owner.
7. Third-party rights
Third-party libraries, codecs, formats, trademarks, product names, and technologies referenced or used by MEDIA KOLFAT remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate license terms.
8. Acceptance
By using MEDIA KOLFAT, you acknowledge the operational risks described above and agree to use the software at your own discretion, subject to applicable law and the MEDIA KOLFAT Terms of Use.
