Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of MEDIA KOLFAT. By installing, accessing, or using MEDIA KOLFAT, you agree to these terms. If mandatory consumer law grants you rights that cannot be waived or restricted by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

2. License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MEDIA KOLFAT for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with the distribution channel through which the software was obtained.

3. Ownership

MEDIA KOLFAT, its branding, application design, documentation, and original software components remain the property of their respective rights holder. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software to the user.

4. Your media and data

You retain ownership of your own photos, videos, and other media. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to access, process, rename, move, or otherwise manage any content you use with MEDIA KOLFAT.

5. File-operation responsibility

MEDIA KOLFAT may perform file-management operations such as classification, renaming, moving, or organization when directed by the user. You are responsible for reviewing operations before execution and for maintaining appropriate backups of valuable data.

6. Metadata and automated decisions

MEDIA KOLFAT may rely on file metadata and technical properties when organizing media. Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Automated classifications and organization results should therefore be reviewed where the correctness of the result is important.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use MEDIA KOLFAT in violation of applicable law, to infringe the rights of others, to bypass technical restrictions imposed by the software or its distribution platform, or to misrepresent ownership of the software.

8. Updates and changes

MEDIA KOLFAT may be updated, modified, or expanded over time. Features may change as the software develops. Material changes affecting these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date or an updated version of these terms.

9. Third-party components

MEDIA KOLFAT may include or interact with third-party components governed by their own license terms. Applicable notices and open-source licenses are made available separately.

10. Warranty

Except for warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, MEDIA KOLFAT is provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law or the distribution platform through which the software was obtained.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use MEDIA KOLFAT.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Termination

Your right to use MEDIA KOLFAT may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, third-party rights, disclaimers, and limitations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply where legally permitted.

13. Governing law and mandatory rights

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Where you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the law applicable to you remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
